Helping you to support disaffected learners
‘Go for it…..’ Is a programme for young people to explore new ways of learning. It focused on the individual student needs, and develops a programme of activity around them. Using the services of local employers, visits, out-ward bound activities, and personal support, it re- motivates young people to consider learning, and articulate their future plans. The programme is individually developed with each school, and is a paid for service by the customer. For more information please contact enquiries@brittenpartnership.co.uk
School leadership
The Britten Partnership are facilitators for the Pacific Institute. Using the STEP programme, we work with staff to develop their individual leadership skills. Our focus is to build self esteem and self awareness, and thereby support staff in exploring their perception of themselves. Through this, they consider their personal leadership styles and how to apply these in their working lives, and especially in a school environment. Much of what is learnt can be used in non-working life as well! A tried and tested formula, we can put you in touch with previous satisfied customers to hear how it worked for them. This is a service paid for by the customer. For more information please contact enquiries@brittenpartnership.co.uk
